Project Majesty

The enforcement of tax liabilities stemming from the inheritance of real estate, had created an urgency that was forcing the asset owner to part with property in a manner and for a price that belied the true value of the real estate. Having engaged with the asset owner to get an understanding of their financial needs, and been given access to details of their tax affairs, we created an instrument that saw their tax requirements immediately met, further funds released to meet other financial obligations that arose from the estate, whilst allowing us to redevelop the property in question, before exiting the project through the sale of the property as three separate units, with the asset owner retaining the freehold interest for the family.
