A well-known sportsman was struggling to refinance a residential development, due to the perceived change of circumstances that his recent retirement has caused. We released funds required to redeem the first charge against the property, whilst creating a further package that enabled the asset owner to relocate for the duration of the build. We then worked with the asset owner to ensure that we understood his vision for the site, whilst augmenting the project with his consent, to ensure that the outcome would be of optimum benefit for all parties.
